Poultry industry grows

Program success continues

The successful Bendigo and Region Skilled Migration Program is continuing to support local employers to hire skilled migrants. A report by local company Compelling Economics found that the program has generated $65 million in direct and indirect benefits to the local economy since January 2008, placing 133 skilled personnel from countries such as Canada, United Kingdom, Fiji, France, Germany, and South Africa into jobs.
