OHS Law for Managers

When it comes to breaching OHS regulations, the stakes are high. Keep staff up to date and your workplace safe. The Victorian Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 places significant responsibilities and duties on employers and others. It is now considered the most demanding of any OHS Act in Australia, and prescribes very high penalties for OHS offences. To avoid the costly consequences of non-compliance, you need to be aware of your employer OHS responsibilities, as well as your own individual responsibilities.
